Stainless steel griddle temperature range from 200º F to 550ºF (93º C to 287º C) for heat flexibility to sear a variety of interesting foods.

The heat generated at burner is 1,700º and 1,000º at sear grates. Heat is contained and transferred directly to the sear grates for consistent heat to improve quick searing and quality tasting food. One piece seamless panel with polished hi-lites compliments the super finish of the grill panel giving one common look.
